This is a drawing I did on location in Grand Central Station for a drawing class with John Ruggeri.

This is a new project I've been working on. It is an "Ode to my Allergies" so to speak, as well as a made up ad for the only over-the-counter medicine that seems to keep me tissue free. I thought I would show some of the preliminary sketches and ideas that led to the final piece. I hope you enjoy it.
I just put the finishing touches on this project. It is a portfolio piece based on an ad for the Dictionary. The word being described in the picture is aphephobia...I'm sure you can determine the definition without any assistance, but if not feel free to look it up!
It is an image I created for the business slogan, "Staying the course." I thought that I would show a little bit of the process I go through while I work on a project. I usually start with a rough sketch like this one then I refine it with many tracing-paper revisions before I settle on the composition I like the best. Once that is finished I then produce the piece using traditional media, usually pastel and charcoal. When I've reached a point I feel comfortable with, I then upload it into Photoshop and work on the final revisions.
